The Lakes and Canals

Yet another aspect of life in Biscarrosse... With three lakes having a total area of 23,000 acres (9 300 hectares) connected by a canal, another way of life in Biscarrosse is revealed. With water the colour of turquoise and beaches protected by the pine forests, there are small unexpected marinas dotted around the lakes.
